The announcement from the Taoiseach on Friday 27th March confirmed that credit unions are considered ‘essential services’ during this crisis.

With that in mind, we are keen to make sure that every member who needs to access the services of St Raphael’s can do so.

You are already aware that most of the team at St Raphael’s are working remotely in a secure environment and full services are available. 

Our telephone line opening hours are open:

Mon: 10:00 – 17:00

Tues – Fri: 9:15 to 17:00 

Sat: 9:30 to 12:30

Our premises are also open on 

Mon: 10:00 –16:30 

Tues – Fri: 10:00 –16:30 

I am also conscious of the cocooning measures that were announced, where older people are asked to stay safe by staying at home and I would urge any member to reach out if they need any help from the Credit Union. We will arrange to call to any member’s home should they need urgent help with credit union matters, while still maintaining the physical distance guidelines.
